A average newborn orphan would have died of constipation because nobody would lick lick their anyaru, but he did it without help
Or even he would have died of mold because he had a dirty anyaru but he clean himself to prevent it, sadly he was a very intelligent koyu but not intelligent To avoid contact with humans
