    I find myself very curious and interested in yukkuri. What sound would it make when you crush one? A crumbly sound or a smoosh? A popping sound? Would the pastecore feel soft, hard, or just a little firm? Imo i think it would be just a teeny bit firm, not too hard, since other yukkuri have eaten others entirely when they are cannibalized in media I've consumed. I want to touch one.
    Every artist has a different way they interpret yukkuri. Some people draw them with real manjuu in mind, some people draw them like they have paper thin skins, others something in between. I draw them like a little circle blob.
    What do you prefer? What is your perception of a yukkuri?

    Ko/Stalk abuse is one of my favorites, so many ways to go about it. Crush them in front of their parents. Use the parents to crush them. Curse them with words and make them think they parents don't want them to be born. Stunt their growth. Stick the stalk somewhere else on a Yukkuri's body. Deny the newborn any greeting. And so on...

    As for their depictions, I like to imagine them like dough balls. Not too hard but not too soft. Pretty much like dough about to go into the oven to become something edible. Burning/cooking them would make sense then, as their dough-like skin is now suddenly replaced by either burned or baked dough they can't move.
