anko3497: Poop Little Ones
うんうんおちび by Tokaiha Unun
Summary by platina:
1. Reimu and Marisa's Rotten Days
A young Reimu and Marisa grow up in the forest as childhood friends. They both love babies and children, so when they become mates, they move to the city where there is lots of food so they can have lots and lots of children.
Unfortunately, the town "humanely" controls the stray yukkuri population by catching them, castrating them, and branding their foreheads. No matter how much they refresh, Marisa and Reimu can't make any babies. Without little ones, they sink into a hell of despair and uneasiness like all the other childless yukkuris around them.
2. Reimu and Marisa's Little Ones
One night, Marisa comes to Reimu having heard a rumor--if you refresh anally (using braids instead of penipenis), you can make little ones. The power of their belief makes it true, and three days later, they anally give birth to a baby Marisa and a baby Reimu. The babies are the color of poop, and they smell a bit like poop, but the parents are so overjoyed to have little ones, they don't care. The news spreads throughout the park, and soon the park is full of happy families taking it easy with their poop-colored little ones.
Reimu and Marisa have eight babies in all. Reimu delights in teaching her genius children to sing. Spurred by her love for her little ones, Marisa becomes a master hunter, aggressively ripping open garbage bags and not caring at all when angry humans kick her. (Actually, when she's abused by humans, she relishes it as proof of how hard she's working for her family--the author notes that Marisa has become a complete masochist.)
The yukkuri population has increased tenfold, with a detrimental effect on the city. The happy yukkuris make noise at all hours of the night, delighting in their children and refreshing to make more. To feed their children, the yukkuris raid garbage bags and ravage the flower beds in the park. The streets are full of corpses of yukkuris struck by cars. People complain, and the Yukkuri Department at City Hall comes up with a plan.
3. Reimu and Marisa's Final Ease
Workers go around the city with loudspeakers playing a factory-made recording of a Dosu saying things like, "What comes out of your anyaru is poop, not a yukkuri! Poop can't take it easy! Poop should hurry up and die!" When the little ones hear the Dosu's words, it affects their belief in themselves, and they quiver, die, turn into poop, and fall apart. Some parents become catatonic with grief, some commit suicide by Eat-Up, some get angry and scream at the unseen Dosu to stop, all to no avail.
Seven of Reimu and Marisa's little ones die and turn to poop, but one baby Reimu manages to survive, so they're happy. However, a neighboring Alice who has lost her little ones kills baby Reimu out of spite and jealousy.
The yukkuris' lives once again become miserable. The Dosu's words have shattered their belief, so anal refreshing no longer works. The few surviving little ones are abducted and vanish or are killed by jealous yukkuris. With no more will to go on living, Marisa and Reimu decide to go to the big easy place in the sky to be with their little ones. They go "Eat up!" and turn themselves into split-open manju. The bean paste inside them is the same color as poop.
[NOTE: Two things suprised me about this story: 1) that the little ones were clearly alive and real, not just hallucinations of their parents, and 2) that the effect of the Dosu's words were to make the little ones weaken and die even as the parents tried to keep them alive, instead of making the parents consider their children to be uneasy poop and making the parents kill or cast out their children.]
Nobody here but us chickens!
