The gutter trash version of a wild yukkuri's hunting. Instead of gathering plants and insects in the forest, these yukkuris instead go to dumpster piles or trash cans and "hunt" trash by ripping open the trash bags or tipping over trash cans and then scavanging leftover foods. Experienced hunters are said to have a keen sense of smell and thus can tell which trash bag contains food and which doesn't.
This usually makes a mess due to spilling garbage everywhere. Therefore humans will often try to prevent trash raiding, usually by killing any yukkuri that's found to be raiding trash (or any stray yukkuri regardless of what they're doing). Thus trash raiding will almost always inevitably leads to the death of the yukkuri sooner or later.
While not as bad as sweets, eating trash will also somewhat spoil a yukkuri's taste bud. Thus if a garbage raiding prevention is done (e.g. reinforcing the dumpster pile with sturdy nets or walls) then the trash raider yukkuris will usually starve to death as they can't stomach eating grass.
