The yukkuri Wachiki seems to be a variant of kogasa with the purple umbrella turned into two purple horns. Note that Wachiki retains Kogasa's different-colored eyes, and that "Wachiki" is a nickname for Kogasa Tatara in non-yukkuri Touhou fandom.
"Wachiki" is a feminine pronoun used by courtesans/geisha to address themselves in Japan during the Edo era.
