Summary:

Reimu is strengthening her house with her three daughters, an Alice and two Reimu. She cover her wooden box house with vinyl sheet and put many stones on her house.

In the changing from summer to autumn, strong wind blew and tonight typhoon will strike the city.

Reimu taught her children that the uneasy Mister Wind will come in the day when rub rub feel uneasy. That day, the children feel their skin are sticky, so they can't do rub rub.
Yukkuri's skin absorb moisture, so they need to dry it after washing. In humid day like this, their skin became fragile.

Reimu live in a wooden box behind public toilet with two other families. One is an Alice who recently became a widow. The other neighbour is a Chen known for her experience in fighting.

That night, they all gather inside the house in fear of the wind blowing. That's when a Marisa came to their house.

Marisa is a wild yukkuri from the forest who recently got chased out by her "scummy clan". Marisa called herself pityful and went straight to eat the three families' stockpile of food for the storm. Marisa then demand to do refreshing with Reimu and even demanded their home.

Chen accepted the challenge, but Marisa said the house is too small so lets fight outside.
As soon as Marisa step out, the wind blow her hat away.
The families are glad, at least they only lost their food and nothing worse. If they can survive tonight, they can find more food later. The children also understand this.

Meanwhile in a convenience store, Reimu and her children are hiding in vending machine. Here, Mister Rain wont come in and they will be save. This will be their new home.

Just then, a man arrived. He's drenched wet and thought of buying Patchouli brand soup to warm himself. What he got though, is soup mixed with bean paste from one of Reimu's children.

He complained to the store and go to get coffee, which ends up the same.

Recently, vending machine are designed to avoid such case with yukkuri. The door is located higher and need to be pulled open. Yukkuri only know to push, so the design is quite effective.

Another family watched from the safety of their hiding under another vending machine, but without them realizing, the water is creeping up.

Tomorrow, the store staff will surely have a headache while cleaning up.

Back to the park, a strong wind blew trash that bumped Reimu's home. The vinyl sheet got loose and water starts leaking in.

Hurriedly Reimu and Chen runs out to take the sheet while Alice prepared on the roof.

By bad luck, a strong wind knocked the sheet and covered Alice for a while, melting half of Alice's face and throw her into despair.

Alice's daughter Marisa encouraged her mother, but strong wind blew her hat away and then throw her into a water pooling in the park.

Alice chased her daughter and crumbled on the way.

Yukkuri who lost their home all gathered in the shopping street arcade. In the midnight there's nobody outside, especially on day of typhoon like this.

Because the arcade is roofed, this place became yukkuri's refugee camp.

The problem is, those yukkuri will do pee pee and poo poo whereever they want, which is right where they are because they're too afraid of the rain to move.

Everytime during typhoon, the civic worker will clean up the yukkuri with vacuum tank.
He hoped the yukkuri is not awakened, that's the best for both the human and yukkuri who can die without the terror.

Again, to the park, Reimu and her children are hiding in their house with Chen.

Then, a cat came into their house. Cats don't usually attack yukkuri and even when they do play with yukkuri it's usually the small koyukkuri, not adults. Even so, yukkuri is dead afraid of cats.

Chen in particular, is freaked out. The scar on Chen's stomach is actually not from death match against four cats. When she's younger, Chen's 7 sisters are all killed and she survived simply because the cat is bored.

Chen run out from the house and never be seen anymore.

The cat itself doesn't care about the yukkuri. It's just coming to hide from the rain and the yukkuri are there before it, as simple as that.

Reimu and her children shivers all night until they fell asleep.

In the morning, Reimu is panicked to see the cat and her children gone. She runs out and there, her daughters are basking in morning sunlight. Mister Cat has left even earlier.

Because the rain has stopped, now they will look for food, but eldest daughter Reimu want to bask in the sun for a while longer.

The cat is also basking in morning sunlight, above Reimu's home. Bored, it jumped down to look for food too.
A splattered noise and the cat look below its feet, a ball of paste is crushed.

The cat then left the crushed eldest daughter Reimu while Reimu and her daughters froze, still with their smiling face.
