A boy abusing a stray Reimu in the park is whisked away to Hell by Shikieiki. He thinks he's doomed, but to his surprise, Shikieiki explains to him that yukkuri abuse is actually a _good_ deed--to stop overcrowding in Hell, sinful souls are placed into yukkuri bodies and sent into the world to be punished. Shikieiki gives the boy a replica Rod of Remorse and sends him home, basically telling him to keep up the good work.
