Marisa and Komarisa are a stray single parent and child. Marisa's spouse Reimu and little Reimyu's torn up accessories were in their cardboard house, hidden on the side of a main road.
Marisa believes living and passing on the baton of mister paste is the greatest easiness, so she did everything to make sure Komarisa can live and learn

Marisa goes hunting as usual with a group of other strays, and along the way saw the tragic end of a yukkuri Chen that they hunted with. Chen is not dead, but was beaten to a pulp and has her footsie stomped flat- a death sentence to stray yukkuris.
The yukkuris knew this is the handiwork of a cruel mister human, dubbed 'human with a silver board'.
Marisa ended the hunting that day with a bag of compost trash, which she fed to Komarisa.

Marisa had a few flashbacks about her encounter with the wife Reimu, how they got together, had Komarisa and Koreimu, and how Reimu died.
Essentially Reimu got sick with Yufluenza and when Marisa went hunting, Koreimu went to mister human to ask for help to save Reimu. The human stomped Koreimu.
In protest, Reimu dragged her sickly body to argue and fight the human, only to be killed via impalement on a tree branch on a tree next to the street.
Marisa could only helplessly watch Reimu's dead body hanging high above her reach until days later when what's left of the body fell to the ground, where Marisa gathered the accessory of Reimu and Koreimu and made a grave for them.

On another hunting trip Marisa saw a pet Reimu with her owner, and remembered the one that killed Reimu was said to have a pet yukkuri as well.
Humans, even those with pet yukkuris, do not see strays as anything but nuisance and should be destroyed.

The Marisa encountered the 'human with a silver'. At first the human wanted to crush Marisa's foot, but Marisa begged for her life and for the sake of komarisa. The human then gave Marisa an offer: lick the bottom of his boot clean then he'll let her go. With no choice, Marisa did, while the man fiddled with his silver plate.
Once satisfied, the man let Marisa go, but not before putting something on Marisa's accessory.

Marisa's dignity was hurt, but she survived, and shared the story with the other strays she hunted with. As Komarisa grew a little bigger, Marisa decided it's time teach her how to hunt.
The hunt was smooth, with Marisa teaching Komarisa the ropes, until the fateful encounter: human with the silver board.

Marisa once again pleaded for mercy, with the human saying 'you know what to do'.
Komarisa cried for her father to not do such thing, but the human showed koMarisa a picture from his silver board (smartphone) of Marisa's last encounter with him.
Marisa promptly licked mister human's boot, with mister human even stomping on her tongue. Once Marisa is done, Mister human said: "Now you're done licking my boot, I'll crush the footsies of your little one!"

Marisa protested, but mister human said the never promised not to do it in the first place. Marisa tried to protect Komarisa, but mister human beat the shit out of her with a special stick designed specifically to beat the shit out of yukkuris without their skins bursting.
Once Marisa is taken care of, mister crushed Komarisa's lower body, mamumamu and footsies alike. Once completed, mister finally revealed why he's doing all of this.
"You see, I like yukkuris. I like to see them suffer, and better yet, record their suffering."
Mister showed Marisa pics of his previous exploits, and invited them to take a happy little picture.
Of course they protested, so mister took out a nail and poked them until they submitted.
To make the yukkuris smile, Mister muttered the magical words 'Take it easy!' as he took the picture.
Satisfied with the results, mister left, leaving the two as they were.

Marisa tried to cheer koMarisa up but to no avail, as her life will no longer have any hope. Marisa tried to return home, but street cleaners have discovered their cardboard home, and has cleaned it up taking everything away. They even sprayed a bit of yukkuricide at the spot, to make sure no other stray could nest in the area.

The devastated parent and child took refuge under the compressor of an air conditioning unit. Ever since the encounter, Komarisa has lost all will to live, saying living is suffering no je and refusing to eat. Marisa couldn't do anything but watch.
One day, Komarisa suddenly told Marisa that she wanted sweet-sweet, to which Marisa relit the little bit of hope left to get Komarisa to want to live again.
On her way of hunt, Marisa saw many yukkuris at the dumpster, all skinned alive and asking to be put out of their misery. Marisa couldn't do it.
But on her way back from the hunt, Marisa suddenly realized the anomaly that KoMarisa suddenly wanted to eat sweet sweet after a long state of wanting to die.
Then she saw Komarisa's little accessory amidst a paste stain on the road, apparently crushed by a vehicle. Marisa roared in despair.

The story ended with two humans browsing the interwebs coming across a battered Marisa and a Komarisa with her footsie crushed, both smiling at the camera.
The only proof that the two yukkuris ever lived is forever preserved by the malignant intentions of mister.
