Who does this house belong to?
Anon meets a Marisa-Reimu couple who have declared his home as theirs, and contradictingly tell him to get out after saying 'take it easy'. After hearing that no one objected to their house declaration, he throws Marisa out and makes his own house declaration, and when they protest, retort that no one objected to his declaration.
Seeing them silent at his death threat should they approach, he trolls them by saying he'll give them the house, but warns them to be careful or else he'll take it back when they're not aware, whether they're sleeping, hunting, or sunning themselves. Seeing that they still don't understand fully, he elaborates.
Can they live just because they have a place to take it easy? Can they watch out for intruders without having to sleep? Do so while taking care of any little ones they may have? Stay in the house all the time when they can't live without having to go outside? Is there any food inside that is within their reach? Are they good enough at hunting that one of them can watch over the house? Even if they leave little ones to do so, are the little ones of any use?
The answer to all of that is NO. They have no way to protect this house. Even if Anon doesn't chase them out, another scum yukkuri will, and that's the end of it. They can't even build a proper barrier to protect this place, with the opening so big.
Though they're flustered, the yukkuris think they have a solution by making Anon their slave. He just insults them, calling them stupid. They ask how can they protect, and he tells them to lock up, which they don't understand. He laughs at them, saying even if they did, they wouldn't be able to do so.
Because this is a house built by humans, for humans. The only reason no one objected to their declaration is because Anon out 'hunting' like they have to do, and forgot to put up his 'barrier'. Plus, he's out 'hunting' much longer, which is why his food and living space is much better. Plus he's also stronger.
It's revealed that they're going to have little ones, but lost their cardboard box home in a rain. He initially tells them to go and die, but changes his mind and says he'll help them. This sends them into their own world, where they can take it easy with their easy little ones, while Anon looks down on their stupidity.
His way of helping them is to get rid of the little ones, which he does by pulling the stalk out. When they ask why he's doing that, he replies that he's just giving them a way to live, and kicks them out of his home.
The next night, he comes back to find them, even dirtier than before, ramming against his door. They beg him for help, but he points out that they couldn't get in... because he locked up this time, and they stupidly admit that they thought he would be fooled. He sneers at how stupid they must be to come back, and that they must be useless if they choose to take a house even after losing their little ones.
He kicks their eyes in, destroys their accessories, and enters his home, warning them not to come back. Despite that, Anon decides he won't kill them no matter how many times they return. After a while, he peeks out to see them sadly asking why is this happening, why can't they get an easy house. With the reasoning that an easy house will let them have an easy life, the fact that they don't have one leaves the couple with no idea of how to live.
Despite trying to think of a way it and Reimu can take it easy, Marisa cannot think of any, and eventually stops thinking altogether.
