Removal/rendering useless of a yukkuri's sex organs, either the penipeni or mamumamu (or both, as often they are the same). As with the purpose of castration, completely renders a yukkuri unable to have koyukkuri (in castration stories, it is often implied that there is no rub-rub method of reproduction). May involve either subtle surgery in the yukkuri, or just plain removal altogether. The jury is currently out on whether not it works on raper Alices, as some believe they can simply regrow the organ as being part of the raper subtype (the others believe it's the only real cure).

Castration is usually done by stabbing the mamu-mamu with a pointy object (usually hot iron) or by making the peni-peni appear and then cutting it. It is often done without anesthesia and thus is almost always considered abuse.
