momiji

A yukkuri based on the wolf tengu of the series, wearing the same hat as the original Momiji. Thought to have maple syrup filling as her namesake has a maple leaf on her shield.

Momijis have a lot of canine-like characteristics such as wagging their tail when happy or enjoying being rubbed (even more than a typical yukkuri). They also tend to have above average strength among yukkuris. Momijis are predator yukkuris and have no qualms in eating other yukkuris, though they're not exclusively predatory like the scarlet sisters and are capable of consuming normal yukkuri food.

Their predatory nature and above average strength often cause humans who own them as pet yukkuris to train them to be a houseguard against home invasions or house yukkuris similar to chens or youmus
