promising future

A nicehead koyukkuri being shown to have a bright and promising future (unironically, not just delusional ramblings). But later in the story, the koyu's future is cut short by abuse or bad luck and she ends up dead/dying or permanently disfigured

Example:
Maricha is a healthy koyu raised by loving parents, she's a nicehead and a good hunter. She probably would've grown up into a successful yukkuri but instead she encounters an abyuser.
