That's uncommon. Usually it's the other way around (the young gets pampered, and adult get abused) in these stories.

Just point out, in early yukkuri stories and artwork you can find archived in OYP all yukkuri had the option to lay eggs, it just fell out of popularity as there are less potential with them, and only recently have they been reused as the option for house yu.
I'm actually curious (in a morbid way) what haa's interpretation of the SA cast would look like, like how to make parsee even more bitterly vile than usual.
