I too not really fond of Yukkuri abuse before but after reading Dos's Marisa and Yuyuko as well as Kiriraitaa's Between Studies and True Happiness many times when I was just a lurker, I got use to it and later enjoy it.
I think we have the same thoughts. Reisen is a race of Inaba from the moon who where trained with warfare and Youmu was a swordsman from the underworld so those two are quite ideal for combat/warfare.
I just read a Touhou doujin by Omchicken where Nitori invented the stealth camouflage for Aya to take pictures of every characters without getting seen, all of them went wrong XD.
Yeah Snake or Ocelot are not involve but the author said that he got the idea of stealth camouflage from Metal Gear in the afterword.
Haven't seen that one before. The Youmu artwork I checked in that tag, looks coincidentally similar to what I'm doing now but more samurai/feudal look.
