from the century eggs that I have had it seems to match the color of the egg in the picture, but I agree that century eggs may not go well with ramen, but I used to feel the same way about adding corn and butter to ramen, but now I love it.
Oh and adding butter and corn to ramen is actually a form of Sapporo style ramen.
Shwarma can really be almost any type of meat though yes lamb is the norm.
I can't imagine myself eating bugs, although I know that a lot of places eat bugs because they are healthy and easier to raise then other livestock.
I prefer tongue, brains, livers, snails, and fish eyes. I would like to try balut, and tarantula.
It is important to go outside of your comfort zone and try something new...having said that I have a fear of bugs so it will be a while before I try to eat them...

Okay some people seem confused, so I say how I see it.
I the original boss of the clan is the Yukkuri killer, and the little marisa that is with it isn't the clever marisa it is the child of the original boss, remember earlier in the story how there was one little marisa that said it wanted to prove itself to its parent who was the boss, that was this little marisa.
The dead reimu is probably some random yukkuri, with no real significance other then being one of the victims.
