Where did she get that OJ?

Magic!

Who knows? Maybe some unwritten human gave it to her. Maybe she had it tucked away in the corner of the cave, cuz she knew she might one day need it.

  • Mommy likely already buried the baby (the little one's hat is right there in the box), and mommy is the hunter, so with the daddy gone, it's possibly a weight off the shoulders of mommy Reimu.

Plus, that Marisa seemed kind of stupid, so it's possibly a relief for her.

  • I like the way this comic is going, but at this point, if the anon is still walking away from her, he doesn't care any more. I understand forcing this life experience on her, but at this point, it's over and done. This is pretty much the brink of death.

Also, nothing personal, SUN, but you have a rather pessimistic outlook on life. xD Do you always use everyone elses' example to excuse yourself from being good?

  • I would assume during the winter, yukkuri would undergo some kind of shift in their body that would cause them to hibernate. They can stockpile food, but since the humidity is dry and the temperature goes down, I'd assume some kind of solidifying goes on within them, thus allowing them to suspend their spinning paste, sleep, and pass through winter. Winter is a long time, and I severely doubt any underground food supply, save ones they plant and tend to themselves, could make it that long without rotting out.

  • I kind of have mixed feelings about that.

While he seems quick to get annoyed, he also cared enough to try and get Marisa a gold badge.

Marisa -really- loved him. A lot. You can tell, because even after all she went through, she still wished he would take her back.

  • Partially why I don't like M1's stories.

    Look! I'm a happy yukkuri!
    -disaster-
Oh, well. Look! I'm a happy yukkuri!
    -disaster-
Oh... well, I'm still a happy yukkuri!
    -disaster-
    ... I'm still... happy?
    -disaster-
    -dead-

It's like a roller coaster that ends with you colliding with a brick wall. They always die in the end.

Didn't feel it. Yukkuri minded their own business and died while wanting to live. Just like the other 50 million stories about yukkuri who minded their own business and then died while wanting to live. It was utterly un-unique in every way except for specific happenstances.

Should one feel sympathy? Maybe. Do we? No. Because we're so utterly desensitized to the same story being told with different yukkuri for the last 4 years.

This story doesn't work anymore. It just doesn't. The dead horse has been beaten into a fine paste and ground into the dirt, and then beaten some more. These stories don't work and will never work again until something different happens because we the audience just don't care anymore.

    Pretty much what I said.

It should stop ending on the death, skip them all dying, and make this the -start- of the story, instead of the end.

We get it. Nature hates yukkuri. Let's see them succeed once in a while.

  • I bought two yukkuri from the store!

Wait, what do you mean they fell in love?

Wait, what do you mean they had sex and are going to procreate?

Seriously, the anons in some of these stories are stupid as fawk. Animals. Fuck. Just like humans do. They're just more forward about it.

Congratulations you dumb fuck. You just took another mouth to fill while you are in a fight for survival. And that mouth happens to be offspring of those who stole your home.

    Irony is overwhelming.

Kindness and love don't care for irony. The sins of the parents shouldn't be paid by the children.

  • I'll never understand.

    They're rats.

You're the size of a basketball.

SMASH THEM. If you bounced at them, you'd scare them off, or hurt them enough to scare them off.

true enough, I find hy's stories particularly bleak for some reason though.

You just haven't forgiven him for Mother and Daughter. I don't outwardly blame you. That story will always be motivation for me to keep writing my story.
