I think it's the other way around (reading it the other way): Anon is threatening Reimu's family (possibly post #46535; there seems to be a timeskip and/or missing pages between that and post #46537, assuming Whore Reimu is one of the koyukkuri in the first post of the pool)--they're going to end up as food unless she does what he wants.
