This may not be a ruined taste-buds effect.

Maybe she regretted what she had done and stopped eating to commit suicide.

Oh and, go to hell you sick fuck.

1: I had thoughts about that, as well -- that guilt may have done it, as well.

2. See 1.

3. Who? Me or the anon?

  • This seems rather interesting.

What was going on? Anon was trying to raise yukkuri with little-to-no interaction from him/her other than supplies?

The Marisas looked like they were being easy, until they bred too much. Without a single leader rising up to command the tribe, that seems to always be the result.

The Reimus couldn't handle themselves. Only error I see in this continuum is that yukkuri can't breed with same-type.

  • Let's also not forget the fact that mushrooms can't -really- take root in them. They're manju, and their insides are bean paste. Fungi can't be sustained by that, nor can they be by the sugar or water content.

The sugar content would likely kill the fungi.

  • Maybe she's hibernating.

Maybe she got so lonely, she decided to guard the forest instead of yukkuri.

Maybe she became so easy, her body decided to make the forest easy.

  • Seems like a completely unnecessary and horrible experiment.

Uneasy yukkuri are very sweet, and koyukkuri get addicted to sweets very easily.

At this point, experiments like this aren't for science -- they're just cuz anon likes being mean.

  • It's hard for one who doesn't have the intellect of a yukkuri to understand the intellect of a yukkuri.

The small thing does not exactly understand how the world works. She doesn't understand that someone took painstaking time and effort to care for that garden. She thinks it magically springs up out of the ground. She thinks it was luck, or God, that lead her to this place for her to take it easy in.

It's not anything other than childish ignorance.

  • I guess he considered the experiment over.

I don't get why it's "deibu," it's just a Reimu family and their unfortunate demise at the hands of a scum family. I'm somewhat surprised the anon intervened and killed all of them, though it would have been nice to see him just take in the remaining child.

A mother's genuine, dying wish shouldn't just be ignored. Bad karma in that.

Stop reminding me how badly I want to resume writing...

    Still piecing together my story.

    It's planned for a long-term thing.

Stuff like this will be happening -- where koyukkuri can act like children, and not be thought of as smug. :3

  • They didn't split from eat-up, so she thinks they're still alive.

She's a baby. Exactly how is she supposed to be aware of all of this? Even the narrator knows that she won't survive, even if they eat up.

Whoa, what an asshole. Go abuse some stray scum you douchebag.

Art style looks like a mixture between Yuudoro and Big.g.

I didn't want to say it, but thank you for saying it. <3

A rich man's hobby for those that can't actually afford yachts and sports cars.

Seems like a terrible hobby and a waste of a lot of money. Gold badge yukkuri are very expensive.

THe works here tend to avoid anything like that, but I do wish I saw some more pet-like or child-like relationships between yukkuri and humans. It'd be a nice change from the senseless stupidity.
