The Anon is displeased because it is again the Marisas that start displaying trash behaviour. Apparently, the Anon finds Marisas lacking in creativity.
Komarisa came to the conclusion that accessories are used to identify Marisas after only trying it once with that specific hat. She would have to perform more experiments to eliminate the possibility of other explanations to be truly considered scientific. As it is, this adult Marisa is actually the rational of the two.
Actually, the anon just wanted some food that he can store over winter without going bad. Said food happens to be dried koyukkuris. After seeing the parents still there after three days, he felt pity for them and decided to give one dried koyukkuri (that lost its hair and accessory during the process) back. The anon was actually surprised that the Yukkuris ended up eating their dead child and then calling him an "easy Mister".
The Anon wanted to see the reaction of Yukkuris to chilli, so he decided to try it on his pregnant pet Reimu. He bought a bottle of chilli oil and told the Reimu that it would allow her to perform a painless delivery. Not sure if this is considered as abuse, since he claimed to be doing it out of curiosity.
Yeah, unless specifically drawn to be otherwise, the characters are supposed to be unmarked. It is ethnocentrism that makes us believe that the characters are of our own ethnic group.
Panel 1 Dosu: For the clan! Don't take it easy and give up the food!!
Panel 2 Yuuka: What to do! A Dosu Marisa appeared! If this goes on -- all the flower stalks will be eaten by all those stupid Yukkuri!
Yuuka with hat (badge on hat says "Defence"): No need to fear! The flower fragrance defence squad is here for this very purpose!
Panel 3 Yuuka with hat: Those stupid and greedy Yukkuri! And the Dosu that thinks that she can rob from Yuukas with her bigger size! Face the fury of us Yuukas!

Panel 4 The large Dosu and her clan were annihilated! One third of the flower field were also ruined! From then on, the Yuukas stopped using this weapon to fight against Dosus!
