If you feed a yukkuri nothing but its own paste, would it survive just fine, or would it eventually die due to not receiving new 'nutrients'?
And since I'm asking, I may as well say how I picture it. In my 'universe', yukkuris use the sugar in their paste like 'nutrients' for growing/moving/all that stuff. So placing them in a 'closed system' like this would eventually turn their paste sugarless, and cause them to 'starve' to death.
There was an Alice story where Alices were staked with a tube to allow their paste to come out and placed in a circular tube so they would wander through the tube eating their own paste until they dried out and would thus become a candy.

It the effect of everybody agreeing to use english as universal language. Technically OYP is quite international, hell just recently i was fooling around about my national origin with a idea about NiceHeads in Argentina being trained to ride Ñandus (Great Rheas) to hunt down Shitheads like cowboys.
It happens a lot in the internet, since the majority speak in english in international forums, some get the wrong impression of "only brits and north americans".
