Probably No, there is a story on which Sikieiki encouraged Abyuse because Yukkuris are actually reanimated manjuus with the soul of the wicked sent to be punished on the mortal plane because Hell is overcrowed. In a way, that would explain why the majority of the Yu's are bad, though maybe Sikieki encourages abyusing Shitheads and Scum Yukkuris while Good ones are a big No No, that may explain such dual nature by Sikeiki. . .and considering Sikieiki is all about duality. . .
Dammit suddenly This Become BRILLIANT! Sikieiki does not like Abyuse of the Good Yu's while Approving Abyuse of the Bad Yu's! That would explain everything! ... Even though I abide to the school of a Wizard doing the bad yu's as a ironic aesop for humanity through making a bad role model they shouldn't be like, how effective of an aesop they are is debatable.
That's just a theory, but I know one true thing: Yukkuri is a kind of creature created by a combination of many idea, and a thing created by human does reflect human. As far as I think of this matter, behind the abusive art lies someone who knows exactly what happiness is but at the same time does not believe in it and tries to destroy whatever form of 'cuteness', 'happiness' they may think of. The reason may vary, but the way he depicts happiness through yukkuris stands for a weak thought - yes he has it, but it's so weak and exists too deep inside - that craves for the happiness he always dreamed of deep inside; on the contrary, the way he depicts punishments to happy yukkuris stands for a stronger thought on a shallow level of mind that punishes his own good thought, like 'See, see? That's the result of thinking about happiness, you s[...]!'. Thus he creates a 'cute', 'happy' side then cruelly destroys it, proving that the shallow thoughts have won the battle inside his mind. I might be wrong about this, but you know, I take this matter seriously from the very beginning - neither the yukkuri nor the anon, the matter here is directly connected to people behind it. That's why I planned to have a war (well as I told you ^^), but now I still need to improve my mind to have a better view of this. (And sorry for the long text, actually I still have one more part about bad yukkuris but now I just got to go. Read it easy. ^^)

Actually that's a problem, You shouldn't take this seriously, as I told you once, It's all fiction, some people just like being mean to stuff or like ultra violent fictional stuff, It's not such a important issue to take seriously and "have a war" for.
In the end, It's all about letting some steam off with fiction, be it through cuteness, be it through heartwarming, be it through being mean to the nice, be it sadistic and violent to the good and weak, be it by curbstomping a smug snake yet weak creature, be it by having arrogant things getting smacked for it, etc. No need to take it seriously, just pick your steam valve and stick to it.
In b4 over 9000 jokes about VALVE and STEAM, and potential Half Life or similar games jokes. And No, I don't know when Episode 3 comes out, just because I'm Fat that doesn't make me Gabe Newell!

Take it easy. Don't worry much as I no longer want a war about this. I just have a hobby to try to think what's inside everything; when I see yukkuris, for this case, I also see people. My view may not be correct, but this is still about people. When I see people killed, abused or just got hurt I can't just take it easy and do my own stuffs; instead I stop for a moment thinking about what just happened; if there is something I can do, I will do asap. Same here when I see a war inside one's mind that goes to real world through yukkuris (well maybe I am not that good yet), I have the same feeling of goodness being overrun. Well that's just my own kind of thinking and acting, if my taking things serious annoys you then you don't need to take it so serious (I know you can do it ^^). But I must say thanks to you, from which I've learned a lot; now even if I plan to start a war, I will do it in a way people can enjoy and take it easy while someone may actually think about it seriously - that is artwork, though I don't have much time and talent for one...

Well there's a psychological explanation for everything, and finding acute suffering to be amusing is pretty much textbook divergent behavior
I think I'll leave something clear just in case, all those scenarios mentioned in my comment were meant to be found amusing in fictional settings with fictional scenarios, If someone found the suffering of others amusing in real life with real creatures, well, now that's a serious problem.
Hey, I remember the guy who made this, he got pretty annoyed when I started adding some more abuse-orientated stuff to the yukkuri wiki (as if counted for anything).
As for divergent behaviour well, people only like abyuse becuz it makes dem all EDGY and COOL!!!
Also, don't try to start a war. Not just to speak of the rules, we've spent plenty of time getting to a stage where people who like abuse and those who don't get along fine to have someone start shitting it up, even if you're trying to get people to enjoy bashing each other. There's nothing you can do about people enjoying yukkuri abuse, and making revenge stories/artwork to get at them is pretty shitty.
If abuse gets you mad and you can't take it easy to the point where you feel like you have to show your rage and hatred of it in some way (seems that way), stay off it. And if at the end of the day you can't do that, there's always yukkuribooru.
I don't think he meant war as in making an anti abuse work revenge fic thingy or anything similar, but, from what I could understand, some sort of discusional confrontation about what he believes drives some of the abyuse artists, but as I said, rather than be confrontational in this, it's better to just remember this is all fiction and better for each to stick to their stuff.
