Thanks yum. I never really got what noraaki was going for here, truth be told. I feel he alienates both sides by making a passive abuser- Pro-abuse folk probably don't appreciate the haste with which he kills them and the lack of pleasure he takes in it, while people who don't like abuse obviously dislike it on the grounds of containing it.
Nooraki in this one stated a fact about why Strays have it this bad, "because they try to live in the city".
If you check the original i did write a small "essay" about all the connotations of the Strays living in the city and how, while cruel, anon may have a point.
Of course if someone is interested i can move a copy of that essay here for those interested and not wanting to lurk back to the original.
Well, I feel that this would be the majority of yukkuri-human interactions, should those paste buns be real... Hardcore abuse will probably limited to relatively a few bunch of people, especially when it's 'extermination'. Same for that yukkuri - surely not all stray will be dumbass shitheads, a surprisingly large number of those might be like that Marisa family over there - fairly aware of the danger that humans pose to them. (Too bad that they aren't smart/able enough to avoid ticking us off, anyway)

Ooh, me! Me! I like your essays, even though I disagree at some major points (and how you get so dead serious in all this magical fauna buisness - but no offense here :P)
JusticeItEasy said: It may sound cruel, but if you read it in a general perspective, the anon may have a point about "it's because you tried to live here" at least if you see "here" as in "our places/cities.".
It's usually accepted that the general human population, aka the majority not the minority of abusers and lovers, don't have much of a problem with yukkuris in the forest unless they start raiding farms or something, so usually a clan extermination happens. But in the city, such scenario happens far more often. Yukkuris not realizing that they plainly aren't in a place suitable for them, try and try to live and strive in the cities, instead of trying to return to the forest, at least for those who are strays that weren't "recently ditched pets.".
This usually leads to a continue set of conflicts with humans, between garbage bags being torn and it's content spilled in the streets, park benches occupied by yukkuri families, home invasions, begging, demmanding, park and lot taking, etc. Humans are lead to see, at least, the city yukkuris as pests and may exterminate them at the first sight of the manjuus really going bad, either a yukkuri attacking a kid, way to many cases of garbage spilled in the streets, etc.
PD: Gotta be Dead Serious since someone has to be the Mad Magical Fauna Biologist/Inspector of the community, right? =P

Technically no, but you may say that they do quite well in the forest compared to the cities, and since people are less bothered by forest yukkuris, one can say that at least the forest is the closest thing this magical pastries can call as a suitable place.

Yeah, they're called farms.
People can convince themselves of the craziest things if they spend enough time doing the same thing day-in-day-out. (I've seen a guy fall to his knees and cry when he saw the dead corpse of one of his cows)

What, really? oh well maybe for me is weird, being Argentinian, which is a Meat Worshipper land, and all =V
The concept of extermination is a good excuse for some anons can justify their sadism and demonstrate yours twisted nature
This maybe old but better leave a warning as an example for future newbies, this is an Anti Abyuse comment and those aren't allowed in Abyuse works, same way we don't tolerate Anti FF Comments on FF works.
The Good Folk interested in being part of the community, should learn to NEVER make comments like this on abyuse, same way you shouldn't go about the ways you would torture a yukkuri in a family friendly work.
Could you not abuse the Fitting_Consequences tag and Happy_End Tag, please? Happy_End is intended for ironic endings, not just anything that ends with dead yukkuri, and Fitting_Consequences is for yukkuris that get what they deserve -- distinct from "justice" in that it's not necessarily about terrible yukkuri meeting a satisfying end, but can be about ironically appropriate responses to yukkuri behavior, or even rewards... though I've never seen it used for the last.
This... isn't either. The yukkuri didn't actually do anything that made this abuse "appropriate" beyond simply being a stray yukkuri, which is stretching "Fitting consequences" to its breaking point, and there's nothing really ironic about this ending.
Sorry to harp on this, but I've seen a lot of questionable use of these tags, happy_end in particular.
