It seems so. I'm glad it finally got a translation.
Now about the whole story after reading it. . . Before the translation i thought it was a story about Yukkuris screwing up often but learning from their mistakes and being forgiven rather easily, but it seems they only screw up when they ate the crops of Reimu, but then, their "Invasion" to the Moriya became an heroic act, instead of a typical home invasion, they helped the oppressed Youkai to get back their stuff that was taken by the Moriyas. This yukkuris are examples of how good they were before their "uneasy" mutation. This story is the other side of the Justice Theme in Yukkuris, the side that is less about smacking evil manjuus and more about the good manjuus showing their worth through learning and working.
...Anything else I can say would not be delicadeza, so to maintain harmony I'll leave it at that.

Yeah, JIE is very moved by this story. =P
I'm surprised. You were the last person I expect to hear that from.
Then again, more "good end" stories is always welcome in OYP.

Hey! Just because the current Yukkuri situation made me jaded and cynic about them aside of the "confound them! they drive me to drink!" that doesn't mean i won't appreciate them doing something as nice as this story or nor congratulate them when they do it right! =P
I think it's just easier to go with the theory that the shithead/trash Yukkuri population is a lot lower when the story is set in Gensokyo, leaving them with an overwhelming population of neutral or better Yukkuris.
Of course, several non-violent Yukkuri artists just flat-out ignore Yukkuri fanon for the most part.
I usually work with a chronology having the "gensokyo stories" taking place before the yukkuris global expansion and before "something" triggered a bad change in them, that leads to the "present" situation.

I blame Yukari accidentally screwing up their borders of morality.
