Isn't she? I think that's the fascinating thing about yukkuris - they're absolutely delighted at the smallest things. I wish I could be that happy after taking a leak :-(
Actually her pee isn't gooey - remember how small those ko's are? Barely as big as the tip of your thumb. At that scale the viscosity of water, surface tension etc. are pretty relevant, so even water looks 'gooey'. . . Can't believe I actually explained this ... O.o

It looks gooey because of how Kiri draws it, don't apply real life physics and similar rules because of the reaction a visual effets in a fictional work generates to someone.
I had seen ko's as small as this one pee without making it look gooey, but somehow Kiri made them look like they peed something beyond sugary water. Kinda how Ayazou makes the "sugary water" colored making it look like if they were peeing juice instead.

My point is - it's realistic that way. Nothing wrong with realism if you don't have to bend over backwards to make it work. BTW, don't you think it's ironic to tell someone not to read too much into the comic beyond "Because the artist made it so" even though that's all we're ever doing in this place? :-D
