Good Question, sadly never answered, since nobody focuses on them in such scenarios, but being honest, I doubt the would migrate, they aren't "birds" per see, but flying yukkuri eating yu's, so maybe they also makes underground nests for the winter?

Yukkuri winter scenarios are, generally speaking, really hard to write. All the "normal" yukkuris either hibernate or comes across as nothing more than a "natural environment hardship" story. That said, a yukkuri migration story would be really nothing more than a "in search of the easy place"-type story.
A possible story would be one about Cirnos and Lettys, but the community has kept them REALLY close to their Touhou fanon interpretations (that is 100% joke characters)
Yeah, All the migration stories I had read are usually about clans searching for a new place to live, usually because they overgrazed their easy place and left it baren, and that if they don't decided to attack the nearby farm.
