Hmm, Now I can't help but wonder how old Marisa is, like, she looked like she was adult, but somehow with miss she was smaller like a ko, yet she was allowed to walk on her own in the streets and the narration calls her little marisa.
Maybe she was the paralel of a "teenager" for yukkuris?

I think it's for identification reasons. It also seems that in this panel, now that it's translated, Little Marisa's memories that had been repressed have come to light, causing the overload and anti-yukkuritis.
I don't think her memories were repressed, instead it was a massive influx of retrospection recalling her whole life, and considering the stuff she's recalling, and well, she being a yukkuri, such memory retrospection would be fatal.

Keep in mind that the memories of her mother were repressed through her pet training and her short time with Big Sis.
As the pathetic Little Marisa stared up at the stars, she suddenly felt something burst into her paste brain---everything from her birth to suffering to happiness to being outcast on the streets now--everything poured into Little Marisa's consciousness like a flood. She remembered everything. Her entire life of suffering, and her most important relative---Mother Reimu.
The night air reverberated with Little Marisa's sobbing---and then the sobbing turned into bellows."Trash yus that can't take it easy, hurry up and give this easy home to Mawicha and then go die easyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!"On the broad main street, lights burned in ten thousand homes, and starlight blazed down. But there was no place for Little Marisa to rest her feet---as big as the city was, there wasn't even a place for Little Marisa to catch her breath.Naturally, the two grown wild yukkuris easily beat Little Marisa and chased her out of the rubbish heap.
"What the heck, it's just some trash that doesn't even have Mister Hat!" The pair of wild yukkuris said.
Little Marisa felt that all of her self-respect and self-confidence had been destroyed.
