This brings up a hilarious idea of a yukkuri family successfully making their declaration then the former inhabitants of the same nest recovers it by making another declaration again. Sprinkle in handwaved yukkuri stupidity and the process is repeated over and over. Of course the more likely result would be violence would erupt before the cycle is repeated for too long.
