I should also try and sell a blank canvas and claim it is an artpiece that represents the outcry of the struggling laborforce against the oppressive capitalist-employer >_>
He actually colors them with white paint and flecks of other color.
He at least puts some effort in them while my planned art piece is a pure blank canvas with my signature at the very bottom and I will claim as something poignant and part of some social movement that is currently trending. For added pretentiousness, I would wear clothes made of cheap newsprint printed with yukkuri art printed over them which I will claim is a testament of my individuality and my desire to protect the environment.
This will be soo much fun.
Now all I have to do is find someone stupid, er, visionary enough to give my work a place in their gallery.

Ina philosophical way, I see yukkuri as an example of the worst (and rarely, the best) aspects of human nature. The greed, the condescension, the selfishness, the pride and insolence. Craven and cowardly when confronted with danger, and in turn grow more selfish and hateful.

Well, I certainly agree wholeheartedly. Which is why, occasionally, I love to make works of them as a sort of detached social commentary regarding human behavior.
