That would be such a waste. I mean, those are the ONLY yukkuri in his world. He should breed them, that way he'll always have yukkuri around for stress relief, and not have to rely on flukes(like how he got these ones) to get more. On that note, whats the consensus on incest in yukkuris, do they run a high risk of birth defects like most other lifeforms? or do they, due to their 'unique' biology, produce perfectly normal offspring?
In case it isnt obvious, I mean sibling style incest, not same type incest.
Yeah, he should definitely be breeding them. Or make a farm using the special powers of his monitor... although Kiriraitaa probably just wants to "attach" us to this group.
The effects on incest in yukkuris depends totally on the author. I don't think there's been much of it, and even less shows the offspring produced... personally I think the offspring would be fine (although mutated/retard koyukkuris due to incest would make an amusing plot point in some story).
3. Anon: "As if I care." Yu's: "!!" Anon: "Watch this."
4. Hatless Marisa: "YUAahh!? Mawicha'j haaach-!" Marisa: "Why ij Mishter chaking ich?" Bushy Reimu: "I- Ich can'ch bwe..."
5. Anon (to audience): "Here's what I'm planning on happening:" "The Marisas will fly into an ugly rage, and be immediately squished." "The unsightly puffy-haired Weimu will puff up at me and be slowly, slowly crushed to death." "The little Weimu who makes all that godawful 'yunyaaah' racket will have her face ground off like calligraphy ink."
I believe the implication was that he's like this because of his distance from his family. And the distance is apparently in emotional terms, since we know that he at least has a sister living in the same house.
His family left him before this all happened. So yes, this is because of that, not the other way round.
And as I've thought, the reason why he isn't breeding is probably story based, Kiriraitaa wants to attach us to these ones in particular. Although anon might be thinking that it's alright to... have some fun with these ones first, as his monitor might seemingly provide him with plenty of yukkuris to work with later.
