Yeah, it's enough work putting in how the yukkuris are going to be, bodied yukkuris will add a whole load more of actions and behaviours to consider... or not, depending on the scope of it. Nice spriting, though.
Congratulations, your Reimu was so easy that she grew a body.
Unfortunately a random PETY member decided to poke their head in through your window and saw that you had a bodied yukkuri in a tank. Claiming that it was a child they call the cops and arrest you. With you out of they way they break into your house and release Reimu into the wild, where she dies slowly having been taken care by you her entire life.
Never learning how to hunt or clean up by herself she dies a lonely death as the PETY returns home proud of themself.

It's odd that, you get started in something and all of a sudden it starts appearing everywhere.. (I just got started in 40k... I'm contemplating using my gizmo Reimu and my clay yukkuri as objectives, to confuse the hell out of the people I play against :)
Pretty much what yukiyuzen & Tea noted-- more variables == more paths, and that also == more potential disaster in terms of things that can go wrong. That's what kind of tanked the first game I was working on-- too many variables, plus I didn't plan it out well. This incarnation will be much, much simpler-- tracking only two elements (easiness and personality), which are affected by a few different variables.
I'll also keep making the raw files available for anyone who wants to edit the sprites to customize their own little yukkuri-- and for that matter, there are already plenty of Touhou rips out there.

Poweryoga - Exactly! This little Reimu is an outcast, saved from being crushed by her Deibu mother when her older sister intervened. When the player finds her, she's been on the street, starving, for a few days. The lack of nutrition has permanently stunted her growth-- she's about the height of a soda can, and always will be.
