Yukkuri Diary Updates and Discussions

Not sure if anyone had found this yet, but I figured I'd share it anyhow. I did find this on the android version, so I can't confirm if this can be found on pc.

I've been exploring the different areas in the game to see if I could find anything hidden and I found a part of the player home from yukkuri breeding observation in heaven. To get to it, go to heaven and walk straight towards your car until you pass it and keep walking. The player home will come into view momentarily an is located slightly on your left.

Sadly, none of the fixtures in the home work, which was pretty disappointing since I miss the frying pan and microwave from ybo :(

I'd love for the YBO home to be usable in Diary someday, it was a great setup for everything from keeping nicehead families to abyusing the shitheads I fed to my Remi/Flan family.

Nobody plays this, anymore? Or is there just been no updates? Bluesnow abandoned it for other reasons?

Me, I stopped playing this a long time ago. It got too tedious.

I check on my yukkuri sometimes, but yeah the game hasn't had an update in around 2 months and I've seen nothing posted on bluesnow's Play page or Youtube page. If it gets another update I'll play it again, but until then yeah it's kinda grown boring.

Other than that VR thing on his Youtube channel, no updates. I really want to see a PC update so I won't have to use Bluestacks just to play the android version.

The only change between Android and PC seems to be the removal of Violence Mode. The issues I mentioned in the past like injured quotes when hungry still seem to be present (though he might just not have noticed them). Luckily though, it seems he's still interested in updating not only Yukkuri Diary but Yukkuri Breeding and Observation, and seems to be getting active again (it's only been two weeks since the last video).

I did notice that shithead predators will attack others, and drooling shitheads will attack for food/accessories/treasures. I don't think Love Mode allowed that before.

Also yes, I do hope this means he hasn't given up on YD for that screensaver he posted.

Cardboard homes in the Park, a nerf gun item, more yukkuri phrases, and you can pick up Mister Poo-poo and torture them with it. There's also one or two new animations.

Well, if I'm right, when Reimu does the dance animation or whatever it is and shes a shithead, she says something like "Sorry for being so cute~!", then something about everyone. The yukkuri can also build their own trash homes, I went to the herd outside and found two cardboard boxes that were not there before. Wonder if potty training is possible without turning the yukkuri into a nicehead though.

With today's update with the fertility drug hearts, I've noticed a really odd bug. I fed one to a yukkuri that had no hair or accessory and a full - sized copy of the parent yukkuri ejected out of it immediately. The yukkuris only had slight variations (a few showed the new alternate skins and their value didn't deviate to far from the original). What's weirder is that even though this yukkuri could be interacted with and moved about on its own, it's being there did not count against the number of yukkuri in the area.

I did this several times and ended up with about 40 yukkuri in a map set to hold 20.

I did this on android and am not sure if this can be replicated for others and oddly enough, I can only get it to work on bald/accessoryless shitheads :\

I had the same sprout bug with accessory-less yukkuri, too.

Also, I noticed eye and hair colors are different between some yukkuri of the same type now. Found an Alice with bright blue eyes, and I've seen different shades of dark hair on Reimus and purples on Patchys.

Lastly I noticed he mentioned "fetal birth" on the update, but I haven't figured out if that means a chance at mammalian birth or something else.

So here's an interesting new feature. Some of you probably noticed that if you got too close to the cow at the main home, for some reason it would allow you to get in your car.
Evidently Bluesnow has actually built on that now. The prompt will still say you're getting into a car, but the travel menu will have the car replaced with the cow running instead, implying you're riding it, I guess.
But it gets better! Once you've chosen a destination, the cow arrives with you! So now if you've ever longed to go on a righteous crusade against the infinite shitheads at the beach, now you can!

Looks like you can also have mammalian pregnancy as well. The parent yukkuri gets bigger when this happens and it seems to be a little less common than stalks. Also, yukkuri can build those cardboard homes at your house if you leave them alone outside for long enough. The houses kinda start out tiny and grow with time and disappear if you leave and return.

I just did something hilarious with those heart drugs. I made this one tiny Patchouli stalk pregnant, and the baby is bigger than the mother. Now they're just rolling around quite randomly.

Bluesnow has yet to add in new yukkuri, but he likely will. Currently in Yukkuri Diary the only yukkuri are Marisa, Reimu, Cirno, Alice, Patchouli, Remilia and Flan. There is still more variety in Yukkuri Breeding Observation currently.
