Unless it's only the FF types, yukkuris existing would be more problems and losses than enjoyment and gains, all the problems and can of worms they would open would raise the ammount of stress in daily life, at least, 10 times more...
So for me the question of "should yukkuris exist?" is answered with a big bold and red "NO!".
The desires of crushing them that a minority has means nothing compared to the rest of the human race being safe of extra stress and uneasiness, we already have enough of that in our lives like for the manjuus to add, at least, 10 times more...

So NO, yukkuris should never exist!
Are you looking for an angle stressful, try looking for a soothing. Imagine coming home angry with your boss, whom you unwind your anger? In the yukkuris who live near the lake!
----------------------- Either they were abandoned by their mother or survived her or left for 'hunting'.
At first they thought mister as a bully-kidnapper.
Then, they all freely assuming; 'Good mr. Human will take and make them pets', citing what their mother have said. While espousing their obvious self-ascribed, non-existant qualities.
Only the most front Maricha have smidgen of bravery at the start, after, she's like the other yukuchis.
Mister left them alone, they made a ruckus. -------------------------
Thanks for the TL, I don't know how you do it so fast...
If I can make a suggestion, please try to use phonetically consistent slurring for English. Words like "mwister" and "hwere" just don't sound right. =(

Capture2Text helps a ton (when it can correctly read the text).
Yeah, sorry. I've tweaked it a little, but I've obviously got no problems with someone more knowledgeable in yukkuri slurring fixing it up. I have a tendency to get bored halfway through stuff like this, and end up not doing a great job at post-translation correction and just end up sticking down what things sound like in my head.
No, yukkuris existing would place a massive headache on humanity. I remember the flame wars we had of anti and pro abyuse, imagine that magnified 100x. There would be no end to it.
Based on the guy mentioning the ammount of shit in the place and how he thinks it has been there for a while, I suspect this same scenario has been happening a lot for this fellas, lucky enough to not be found by an abyuser but unlucky enough to be found by smart people who won't be fooled by a group of self glorifying manjuus.

Eh they are really no different than mice, them existing wouldn't really cause any issues. There are plenty of ill tempered domesticated animals anyways, sure they can talk but that would just make it all the better. If they turn out to be a shithead I personally like it better when you tease them a shit ton as opposed to flat out killing them anyways. I guess for people who get off on the dominance thing having them talk would just give you more pleasure as well.
These Koyukkuri were found by a YUPA operative and are now in the care of YUPA
On my way home from work, I noticed an unfamiliar looking box placed under one of the street lights.
For some reason, I could hear a voice coming from inside it.
Thinking it was likely some kitten or puppy someone had abandoned, my curiosity lead me
to peer inside.
It was actually full of yukkuri.
A large number of manjuu, all screaming and crying. They were creating quite a noisy scene.
The manure spread all over the dirty cardboard box gave the impression they had been here for quite a while.
Then while blankly staring at the box, one of the litter noticed me.
"Yuyu-!? Dere's a Mishter Human here!"
"Yu-! Dere is! Mwommy's not here to shtop us getting ubducted!" (?)
"Yuwaaaan! If we get ubducted den we can't chake id eajy ze!"
"Shtob id! Shtob id! Leabe Reimyu alone!"
The koyukkuri began to wail even louder.
Crying and writhing about in the box, the baby yukkuri began to huddle together...
All except a baby Marisa which moved forward and tried to scare me off.
Marisa will beat Mishter Human!(?)
Marisa will puff up (?) and wepel shiddy Mwister Human ze!
They seemed to think I held some ill-will towards them.
Acting with equal parts bravery and stupidity, the Marisa remained in front of the other yukkuri.
Eventually, they seemed to realize what was going on and that I had no intention to harm them, and began to speak.
"Yuyu-? Could it be Mishter Human is actually a good Mishter Human?"
"If you're a good Mishter Human, then take Marisa home wiv you ze!"
"Mishter Human! Mishter Human! Let Reimyu become a pet!"
"Marisa has been weft here so she could become pet yukkuri ze! If mwommy was still here she wud ask Mishter Human to take us home wiv you ze!"
"And also! And also! Reimyu's famwy is weally shmart so we're a good catch! Reimu's amazing, isn't she?"
"Shitty geezer should take Marisa home so she can dake it eajy ze!"
"If Mishter Human has a house, we can go inshpect dat too!"
The mood of the koyukkuri improved rapidly, and suddenly they seemed to be really enjoying themselves. At least, up until I had approached the fork in the road.
I could hear the baby yukkuri's voice from behind.
"Mishter Human? You forgot Marisa ze!"
"Reimyu is shtill a baby so you need to chake us!"
"Mishter Human is the new owner now so he hash to chake care of Reimyu now!"
"Wait! Mishter Human! Wait!"
