Welcome here, your drawings looks good for me. You can get some free program like Gimp or Inkscape to draw and edit the image if you have problems with MsPaint.
Try to look the artists that you like and see why you like their yukkuris, them draw a lot. Also never stop training the basics (shading, perspective, anatomy, basic shapes).
