The Marisa is anons original pet, and he begrudginly lets her bring a stray Reimu she got pregnant home.
Reimu remembers some dandelions blossinmimg in the middle of town, so she takes her family to see them. They are her favourite flower...
Suddenly, Marisa gets run over by a bike. It wasn't on purpose, it was just an unlucky accident. Of the three yukkuri's that went out, only two are left.
"Yu Even if Marisa is gone, Reimu and the little one will try and take it easy (lit. take marisa portion of taking it easy too)
When anon hears their crying voices and finds out what happend: "If only you weren't here...!"
Anon really loved his Marisa and only put up with the stray Reimu and the ko with a stupid looking face because of her.
"Only Marisa, why did only Marisa die?!"
Anon proceeds to smash/pulverize Reimu's mamumamu (so she can't breed any more stupid kids) and smashes her teeth and mouth (so she can't talk or sing to her ko). Then he burns her feet crispy black. "Marisa can never take a step (hop?) again, so why should you?
Tying the ko to a toy car, the Reimu is unable to chase after and save the ko. (cant make out the last sentence)

All I see is an average ko. But I accept Anon's got a different viewpoint from me.
Again it could be the artist being too nice with the Ko instead of making it obnoxious looking like maybe the Author of the Anko wanted.
It's like that pic of Kiriraita, post #39403, you see those yukkuris? they look quite nice and cute, if anything dumb. Well the anko says they are a bunch of arrogant and annoying trash yukkuris, yet in the pic of Kiriraita that isn't shown.
Sometimes the Artists and Authors don't match their views.
Its a failure of "show, don't tell." There's this disconnect where the author says the ko has a stupid face and should be irritating, but shows a normal face that's pretty forgettable. The disconnect is distracting.
Meh, thats always the risk you take when you have an artist draw a scene from a story they didn't write (or vice versa). You gotta take liberties into fit the medium you work with.

Yeah, but it was kinda weird that, if anon said that the komarisa face was stupid, that the artist didn't make it look like that.
Either the liberty was taken in a way that messed up with the original idea, or the story implies komarisa didn't look that dumb, but since we lack a complete translation we don't know about it.
