On a wall in the clan's gathering place is a writing. Maricha still can't read anything other than hiragana from that writing, the only part she can read is the word "Deibu".
Well, most yukkuri can't read. Only their chief Patchouli (ex gold badge pet) and small number of the clan member can read the writing.
Maricha's father told her not to think too much of it. She had asked Patchouli about how to read it, but even now the meaning doesn't make sense.
"To the young man I entrusted the goddess (deibu)"
Marisa is worried. Even though she's a good hunter, the winter preparation is far from finished because of her Deibu wife. Today, Deibu sent Maricha to go hunting with Marisa so they can get even more food.
Actually Marisa hesitate to bring her still too young child. She has to keep watch so her daughter is not injured, and thanks to that she can't hunt well. That child is just becoming a burden in this situation.
Marisa remembered her childhood, there's also something like this. That time, her mother told her to go hunt with her father.
That day, the result of their hunt is bad, so Father Marisa is forced to do Please Eat Up.
Only now she recalled that uneasy memory. She now understood that she's guilty for making her father die, not that her father will actually live a better life if she stay alive in this Deibu family.
Young Marisa run away from home and joined a traveller Chen until she reached a clan and meet with pretty Reimu. They married and are gifted with two KoMarisa. Marisa is late to understand that her Venus is now growing into eggplant shaped Deibu and is already showing her shithead nature.
Marisa tried to explain that Little One still needed to learn much, but of course Deibu doesn't have any intention to listen. She only demanded Marisa to sacrifice herself.
By the way, Marisha, her other daughter, is closer to her mother and is growing into a good little Deibu too.
Marisa recalled the writing. That must be written by the previous generations of Marisa in this clan, embodying their suffering for being attracted and married to a Deibu.
Now, it might sounds irresponsible, but Marisa will run away from her responsibility. She had enough suffering and will now choose to die, throwing all the burden to her little one.
Most of the writing other than "Deibu" is written by a human many years ago. It's an innocent act of natural vandalism.
Now, the boy returned as an Abyuser. He got nostalgic and look at the writing he made when he's younger.
Just then, he saw Marisa getting harassed by Deibu. He sam Maricha crying and wanting to eat her father to continue the memories but got thrown away by Deibu for being useless.
Mister stands up and kicked the Deibu, killing her in one clean hit. He go to Marisha, who screamed in fear asking to be forgiven because she's wrong and she's sorry.
Mister asked her, what's her wrong.
Marisa answered because she's so cute.
Well, no hope for this one.
Mister told her that she should have protected their father instead of turning into scum like her mother. Marisha is afraid, she said she have to obey her mother; to which Mister told her that her sister is not afraid and stay by her father's side to the end.
Marisha is crushed.
Mister won't kill the shivering Maricha. He left a message for Maricha to not get captured by a Deibu, not that he think it's possible anyway.
All boys loves their mother. Like animal babies are imprinted with image of their mother, yukkuri also saw their mother as an ideal figure.
This is why almost all Marisa is still irrationally attracted to Reimu type even though they're living in hell with their Deibu mother. In the end, this circle will never end.
As soon as they saw a Reimu (future Deibu), they can't resist the attraction they felt.
