I think this maybe more like a Vigilante take of the Yukkuri Control, basically some random citizen feels the need to help cleaning the city or town of manjuus so they go in a vigilante crusade, meanwhile the official Yukkuri Control People have proper uniforms and less crazy weaponry.

Yeah i did, i also watched Fist of the north star, played all the Fallout Games between other many post apocaliptic stories, but i was answering to TexasEasy joke about Yukkuri Control Gone wrong, i felt like commenting on that, instead of yet again linking back to the famous "Nice Bandits that kill yukkuris and save farm communities for free and the fun of killing yukkuris" comic from time ago.

Ahh, I see, sorry. Just figured I'd mention it because I am fairly certain that is supposed to be Lord Humongous.
I suppose it is possible some anon went on a bender stylizing himself after it or any of the others you mentioned.

All the stuff about his mundane life made me laugh my ass off, given his appearance.
Hey, we weren't really serious, i dunno Texas, but at least i was expecting also a mad max characters and joked about a Vigilante Mistar killing yukkuris, i'm as surprised as you about the outcome.
