Based on Alice Margatroid, stage 3 boss of Touhou 7. Wears a lace red headband over blond hair, with no braids and a custard filling. They may rarely be based on Alice's original design from Touhou 5, with an off-center blue ribbon instead of their headband.

Although common, Alices are often shown to be somewhat snobby and "high class" compared to other yukkuris, with pet Alices being popular among owners who wish for more elegant and fashion-conscious types. Well-trained Alices are often well-behaved and well-mannered, while shitheads will demand top-shelf treatment.

The most prominent trait of Alices is their sexual activity. Even trained Alices are much more eager to mate than other types, and untrained or shithead Alices will often assault and rape other types of yukkuri, even to the point of their unwitting partner's death. These Alices are often referred as Raper Alice. Raper Alices tend to prefer raping Marisas though they are usually fine with any Yukkuri except fellow Alices. Raper Alices generally has no qualm over raping Koyukkuris. If they were to rape a stalk pregnant yukkuri they will usually rip off the existing stalk, wanting to replace it with their own children instead. They are sometimes shown to have unusual control over their penipeni and some works show that even a nicehead Alice can't control their libidom especially if they see an arousing sight (such as a Marisa wiggling her butt). On rare occasions a Raper Alice might even express interest in raping humans although this often ends badly for the Alice. Raper alices may form bands with other Alices to seek out nests or clans for their own relief.

Raper Alices generally don't have a stable mate and reproduces by raping lots of yukkuri and hoping that some of them survives. Some works show that a yukkuri impregnated by a Raper Alice will only have Alice children. If a yukkuri got impregnated by a Raper Alice and survives, they often will kill their koAlice children out of anger or spite. For those that got pregnant with both Alices and non-Alices and is willing to keep the pregnancies, it's not uncommon for the koAlices to end up raping their non-Alice sisters, much to their mother's horror. On that topic, some works show that koAlices have superior "refreshing durability" and doesn't die upon refreshing unlike other koyukkuris.

Alices are generally fond of Marisas though they are still willing to mate with other Yukkuris. Some Alices can't control over their desires for Marisas, however, and there have been cases of an Alice abandoning (or even killing) their non-Marisa mate in favor of a Marisa. These desires for Marisas often manifest in their rapist tendencies and some Alices are even depicted as turning into a Raper Alice only in the face of a Marisa and can act normally with other yukkuris. Conversely Marisas are often not fond of Alices as Marisas generally prefer to be the "Father" of the family but an Alice generally wants a Marisa as a "Wife". Also thanks to their fondness of raping Marisas, even the bravest Marisas are often shown to be fearful of an Alice.

Conversely however their infamous tendency to rape can often lead some yukkuris and even sometimes humans to have prejudices towards them and assume that all Alices are rapists. It's not an uncommon sight for a non-rapist nicehead Alice to be avoided, harrassed or even attacked by other yukkuris or pet owner who fear that the Alice might rape them or their pet.

Alices typically describe things they like as "city-sect" and seek to be more "city-sect" themselves, such as being given fanciful pet clothes by their owners or decorating their nest holes. On the contrary, they describe things they look down on or dislike as "country bumpkin", such as dirty yukkuris or ugly living conditions. They may describe their assault victims as "so tsundere", and tend to exclaim "nhhoooooo!" when refreshing.
