For shitheads, the phrase instead means "If other people take it easy then they are obligated to make myself easy too". While their interpretation is in a way similar to the nicehead interpretation, as mentioned the yukkuris who utter this phrase are often shitheads who for one reason or another absolutely does not deserve to take it easy. The phrase itself tend to be uttered by jealous yukkuris as a form of begging.
