One Yukkuri Place

SimYukkuri

Buris seem to even grow bigger than usual yukkuri. And buris are immune to vibrator! Can't get the basterds horny at all.

Actually, buris seems to have trouble mating and reproducing and they die off lot easier than other yukkuri.

So I just have to put yukkuri on the breeding pool and they get auto pregnant?

Updated

WTF... I put one Reimu and one Marisa on breeding pool and when they finally started popping little hell spawn out, it was almost 150 babies!

and here I think why were there over 130 Marisa and so few reimu... fucking 50 dead Reimu kos in one go. Can't evne give birth to live babies, losers. Maybe having babies on breeding pool when they born isn't so good idea...

Buris are tricky. When all you have of them are kos, you need to clean them manually. Once they grow once you don't have to worry about cleaning them. Also older buris will clean the smaller ones so if you get an adult or two, you can have a stable-ish population. Only deaths from them are if I don't clean, or if I leave them around regular yukkuris (not sure if removing accessories changes this).

And yeah, breeding pool's tricky to use. Far as I can tell it just creates kos of a single type. Longer the pad's in use, the larger the litter. Also it jacks the parent's hunger up like hell, so if you're going to use the pad, keep the juice hovering over that yukkuri because if the litter's big enough, even nonstop eating isn't going to help.

I notied they need to eat a lot. Tried ot have one Reimu breed on breeding pool, fed it non-stop and it still died. Without giving single birth.

Burisn eed manual cleaning? Well, damn... explains why I killed entire population so easily. LOL

What's the deal with the green mold or whatever that grows on tired yukkuri? Stress damage? I noticed i can't get it off with juice if it goes too large.

And something I can't figure out - vibrator makes them horny but does following fuckfest make them pregnant too or is vibrator actually hindering birth rate?

Uh, unless you want some sort of birthpocalypse, probably want to take your yukkuris off the pool after a few seconds or whatever. I don't know the specifics, but it seems like its easy to get a pregnant yukkuri that starves to death if you're not careful. No idea about vibrator stuff.

Only koBuris need to be cleaned, along with other kos (or is it babies? Smallest size). Usually the adults handle that, but as you probably noticed, grown yukkuris don't like buris much. So like I said until you have non-baby buris, you need to watch them closely.

Mold comes mostly from if you have dirty yukkuris for too long. Like say a baby that doesn't get cleaned off (by you or an adult) after shitting. I think having a bunch of shit lying around makes things worse, but 9 times out of 10 I get mold problems because there's a damn baby Alice in a corner nobody's cleaned off. Mold's bad news and unless you're trying to kill everything slowly, best to dispose of any moldy yukkuris ASAP because I think it spreads.

Yup, started hammering all mold yukkuris right away. Now has anyone had this case that just happened to me...
baby buri just produced 7-8 siblings, all the same size as itself. Only adult yukkuris give birth, yet this baby buri produced more in one go than one adult normally.

Looks like removing accessories from normla yukkuris and then pacifying their whining with juice, makes them accept buri as well.

It's still tricky to have non-buri mixed with buri even after removing accessories because new ones (after breeding) will have accessories and bully everyone else.

Mold is a pain in the ass when farming buris since it WILL show up after a while without caring. Maybe they are more easy to catch (just like every yu has different hidden stats). Not sure if they are more resilent (better health) overall, to justify the massive number of offsprings you got, but it's a possibility?

Breeding pools are unreliable if you keep it around for too long. Baby yus can't take a split-second of it.

The latest additions are fantastic. I get a kick out of using the food maker to turn dead yus and their waste into food, and the orange juice pool plus breeding pool allow for staggering amounts of mass-breeding. Especially if you don't pull the breeding pool away before they're born. Had a Reimu give birth to over 300 babies in one go, then each of those 300+ started swelling up with babies, the orange juice keeping them from instantly starving. Also, they now swell up depending on how many babies they're pregnant with, which is a great touch. Extremely amusing when they're swollen with hundreds of babies.

Seems like the new version introduced a new bug:
I can't delete/clean many of the objects in the game, like the new orange pool or the food maker.
Gotta restart if I want to get rid of them.

I have merged the patch to fix the defects. Please re-downlowd and try it.

In addition to the official release, somebody made the variant of the SimYukkuri. You can try it by following URL.

pasword: yugyaku

It is amazing :-) You should try it.
Please note that the variant can run correctly by Japanese mode only.

password is the same.

I get a 404 error when I use that link.

Anyway thanks for patching the game, everything works fine.

A quick suggestion for everyone playing - try confining a yukkuri on an orange pool stacked upon a breeding pool, it's just bizarre.

As for the mod or rather the version I could access:

Two new window sizes available at the start, a very welcome addition, although background will have to be redrawn at some point, as it looks pretty bad at higher resolutions.

You can now choose a combination of yukkuri of different ages and types comfortably from a menu - great! Although you still can't generate more than eight.

Several features were renamed but not noticeably changed; the breeding pool is now called "area effect" and the garbage chute "Remirya" - you should probably keep the names consistent with the main branch of the game.

New features are "tear off" and "sway", both of which has nothing to do with what they actually do - "tear off" should be "burn" and "sway" could just as well be "tear off" because it removes braids (does nothing for Alices).
Funny quirk I found - burning their bottom while they're pooping causes yukkuri to get stuck in their pooing pose and triggers happy dialogue, punishing them gets them unstuck (animation-wise, that is).

Also, braids now do flap-flap! :-D

Burnt feet should be added to the main version. Just needs some fixing so they can eat whatever is next to them... they wouldn't eat their poo-poo or dead uneasy yus, but could eat food by moving them over the tray.

Food maker was a great addition to the main version.

How do you use the food maker? every time I try, it just spits out what looks like poo, and the yukkuri react like its poo.

I think it's chance? I've found that most Reimu and Marisa I've put in become food or poo, while Alices have a higher chance of coming out as Vi-yugra, which I thought was a nice funny detail.

I've noticed that hybrids seem to offer a chance of lemon pop.

It's strange, the first time I tested it, I got food every time, now it's almost always poop.
If that's due to randomization then I think it should be changed to non-random.

This is a very minor gripe, but could you please go back to changing version numbers when you make any visible changes to the game?
That would make it easier to tell them apart.

Thanks for your continued hard work, mimisuke. We are all taking it easy because of you. :)

Let me chime in with some others here that I think burned feet should be considered for the main branch of the game as a priority. Flappy flappies would be nice too, obviously.
