child neglect

A yukkuri parent not bothering to take care of its offspring
Examples:

• There's food but the parent ate it all by herself
• Making the child hunt when the parent is relaxing at home
• abandoning it
• Sacrificing it in favor of herself
• Killing it
• aborting/killing their babies while it's not born yet
• Raping their own child
• Favoring one child over another

Note that it doesn't count as child neglect if

• The child deserved to die or be abandoned (e.g. it killed her sister)
• The parent is forced to kill it (e.g. an owner or clan enforcing a no child rule, or the child is moldy and they have no way to cure it and they're worried she'll infect other kids)
• The parent doesn't recognize their child (e.g. because of accessory loss)
• The parent had no choice but to kill some of their children due to not having enough food to feed all of them
