I wouldn't mind that status either. I'm kinda in the process of studying Japanese in university right now and was planning to try translations for the heck of it.

Requesting privilege to edit/add translation notes. I browse OYP everyday, so I figured I might as well help getting some stuff translated.

It's not up to me, I know, but your join date is today, and the very first thing you've done is ask for privileged status.
My advice: You should hang around for a while and be productive on the site before you make that request.

When you put it like that I feel kinda stupid for requesting that, but you're right, I should probably lurk some more and get to know people around this neck of the woods. Anyway, thanks for the advice mate.

Ello - would like privilege to add translations. I can't do a massive amount but I can translate some of the more basic katakana/hiragana into English.

There are tons of pictures by great artists lik big.g that are only tagged with their name and nothing else. Then there are others where the artist isn't tagged, even though the style is obvious. Takumi in this case post #63998

Hey,I've been lurking for years,but my account is only a few months old. Can I get a privileged state? I see a lot of things that are untagged,or just plain tagged poorly.
I would also like to become a privileged member, I want to help out with translating pages and such.
